Children's "Cirque by the Sea" Summer Circus Camp
CAMP LOCATION: Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, 2357 Route 6, Wellfleet
Circus arts come alive again –for the 12th year!– at Payomet Performing Arts Center. Our team of professional certified instructors will be offering Summer Circus Camp over a seven-week period for students ages 7 to 13. Every week will include aerial arts, acrobatics, juggling, mini-trampoline, physical comedy, improv, object manipulation, rope climbing and physical training geared to the level of each individual student.
Camp runs July 8–Aug 22, 2024 // Monday–Thursday. Note there is no camp on Fridays.
All weeks will be held at the Payomet's Big Top Circus Tent location at the WHAT Theater in Wellfleet.

Scholarships
We offer a limited number of need based scholarships for local families. Low income and BIPOC families are given priority. Please email us to inquire about scholarships circus@payomet.org
Apply to be a Counselor In Training
The Counselor In Training (CIT) program is for current or former Cirque by the Sea campers, ages 13-18, who possess lots of enthusiasm, responsibility, and desire to maybe be a counselor or instructor someday! For more information on becoming a CIT, email circus@payomet.org

Payomet's Summer Circus Camp is presented in partnership with WHAT for Kids and the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, a local nonprofit professional theater company dedicated to enriching the cultural life of the Outer Cape through plays and innovative programming that entertains, inspires, and informs a multi-generational audience.

- $400 Full Week - 9:30am-2:30pm Mon-Thurs. Maximum capacity of 40 participants per week. After your camp selection and payment are processed you will receive a Welcome Packet via email.

- Participant Agreement
- Camper Release Form
- Copy of latest Physical
- Immunization Record
