Wellfleet singer/songwriter Alex Brewer will make his in-person Payomet debut on Saturday, September 25 at 7:00pm, performing a full set of exclusively original material.

A carpenter by trade, Brewer has established himself over the last several years as a preeminent songwriter of the Outer Cape community. The precision and sincerity of his lyrics evokes the careers of greats like John Prine, Steve Goodman, and Townes Van Zandt. Few writers can claim to match Brewer's lyrical range, from abject tragedy to riotous dance numbers. "Among the people who follow what I do, it does seem like almost every song is somebody's favorite," Brewer admits. Providing accompaniment on violin will be Larry Chaplin of the Cape Symphony.

Tickets: $15

The concert will be held under the Music Tent.
