Payomet is proud to welcome accomplished neuroscientist and author of Still Alice Lisa Genova performing Cognitive Longevity: How to Age with a Healthy Brain, an event to benefit the Alzheimer's Family Support Center of Cape Cod.
We all want to live a long life, but it's just as important to ensure that our brainspan matches our lifespan. Today in the U.S., 1 in 3 people at the age of 85 have Alzheimer's, and that number is fast approaching 1 in 2. But these numbers aren't set in stone. Alzheimer's doesn't have to be your brain's destiny. In this talk, Lisa Genova, a renowned neuroscientist and bestselling author, shares the latest evidence-based practices for maintaining a healthy brain, offering audiences actionable insights into how they can protect their cognitive health at every age.
Ticket Price: $50
