Adult Aerial Silks – Open Level

Wednesday, May 20 | 5:30–6:45 PM
In Person at Truro Central School
This open-level adult aerial silks class is designed for students of all experience levels, from complete beginners to returning aerialists looking to deepen their practice. Class will focus on reviewing foundational silks vocabulary while beginning to build longer aerial sequences that emphasize flow, strength, technique, and confidence in the air.
Each class begins with an active flexibility warm-up and core-focused conditioning. Strength-building exercises are woven throughout to support safe skill progression and endurance. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace while being offered challenges appropriate to their level and goals.
This class is offered through Payomet Performing Arts Center’s Cirque by the Sea, supporting adult aerial training in a welcoming, professional environment.
Important Note:
This class is being offered in partnership with an upcoming article by the Provincetown Independent highlighting our adult circus programming. A photographer will be present during class. All participants will be asked to sign a photo release upon arrival. If you prefer not to be photographed, you may opt out, and no images of you will be used in the article.
Sliding Scale Tuition: $20–$45
What to Wear & Bring

Please bring a water bottle, tie long hair securely back, and remove all jewelry before class.
Please fill out this waiver prior to attending class.
