Payomet's new yoga series will be music to your body, mind, soul... and ears! In collaboration with Truro Yoga, Payomet presents Music + Movement, whereby we will be hosting yoga classes under the tent that feature playlists from some of our favorite musicians playing on our stage this summer.

Grab your yoga mat (and water bottle) and head out to the tent every Wednesday morning, July 12-August 30 (no class 8/2 and 8/23) from 9:00-10:00am, and enjoy an hour of movement with Genevieve Morin of Truro Yoga.

Group yoga classes with Genevieve are inclusive, warmly welcoming all ages, levels and abilities, and suited to meet the needs of those present. Classes are centered on who is there and what is needed to breathe and flow together while creating a meaningful and dynamic experience for everybody.

All yoga classes classes are from 9:00-10:00am at Payomet Performing Arts Center in North Truro. Please bring your own mat and water. Registration is not required to attend, however there will be a $15-$20 suggested donation at the door.
