Join us for an introductory class for juggling at our newly appointed Circus Central. Formerly known as the Box Office for Payomet. 

Build coordination and confidence in yourself. Get mental and physical exercise and have fun! No prior experience necessary. This walk-in style mixed skill workshop will explore the broader “genre of juggling,” sometimes known as object manipulation. 

As with other forms of circus and dance, object manipulation is an athletic art, which can provide a powerful combination of exercise, stress relief, and even artistic expression as skills solidify. 

Multiple studies published in recent years show that learning to juggle also grows the brain! People of all ages (including older adults) who learn juggling exhibit increases in gray and white matter in multiple areas of the brain.

We'll use forms of manipulation such as throwing, balancing, spinning, rolling and bouncing to allow participants multiple approaches to access these benefits.

• No prior juggling experience necessary. 

• Come to any 1 class or attend them all!

Led by Trevor Pearson, Payomet Cirque by the Sea’s juggling specialist.

All classes run 10:00–11:30 AM
