Sound Camp: The Art and Science of Audio Engineering
Brand new this summer, learn the ropes at Sound Camp with Payomet's resident sound engineer, Chris Blood, in this 3-part learning series that will deliver hands-on training in all aspects of live sound, combining technical training with real world experience.
The learn-through-doing approach allows students (ages 15+) to apply skills as they learn. By utilizing both analog and digital systems, the fundamentals are conveyed along with current methods. This is great for anyone interested in mixing and recording and would also be vital to musicians, allowing them to more effectively interact with staff when performing. Our goal is to promote excellence in live audio for everyone.
